Currently, we only ship to the US, Canada, UK and Ireland but we hope to expand Purely Wild to new markets in the near future.

What are shipping times and costs?

Once you've placed your order, it typically gets shipped out within two business days, excluding weekends. Please note, if you place an order over the weekend, it may require additional processing time.

Our main shipping partners include USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS Ground, unless a specific method is requested at the time of your order. If a product is on backorder, we will keep you informed via email about the estimated fulfillment dates and possible alternative options.

Any orders under these thresholds have flat rates - just $8.99 for US destinations and a weight-dependent rate for Canadian orders, calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, expect a tracking number within 72 hours to keep tabs on your package's journey to you. We're committed to keeping the wild accessible and affordable!

What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?

Purely Wild stands behind our product quality and customer satisfaction. While sales are generally considered final, we understand that issues may arise. We may offer refunds within 10 days of purchase if the product is not delivered, received defective or damaged, or significantly deviates from its description on our website. Each refund request is thoroughly reviewed, and those made after the initial 10-day period may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original sale price.
