Orders placed with Purely Wild are typically shipped within two business days of order confirmation (please note that orders are not shipped on weekends; if your order is placed on a weekend day, kindly allow additional time for processing).
We primarily ship via USPS, FedEX, DHL, and UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. In the event of a product backorder, customers will be notified via email with anticipated fulfillment dates and potential alternative options.
A tracking number will be provided within 72 hours of order confirmation, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.
