Refund and Returns Policy
All purchases from Purely Wild are backed by our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. While we consider sales final, we understand that issues may arise. Therefore, purchases may be eligible for a refund within 10 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Non-delivery of merchandise.
- Receipt of defective or damaged merchandise.
- Receipt of a product that significantly deviates from its description on our website.
A request based on the third reason will be evaluated individually, considering the specifics of the situation and the evidence provided by the customer.
Refunds are issued after a thorough review of the request. Requests made after the initial 10-day period will be evaluated individually. Should a refund be approved after the initial 10-day period, a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original sale price may apply.
Refund requests can be submitted at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 10-day period after the order is placed. Please include your Order ID and the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of the email. In the body of the email, kindly provide your name, detailed reasons for your refund request, and a contact number.
